1. Residence Permit (Visa over 90 Days)

If you wish to live, long-term, in the Czech Republic, you must have the appropriate, annually renewable, Residence Permit.

A Residence Permit may only be issued if the applicant has sufficient basis to support an application. The usual basis may be a Work Permit, a Trade Licence or ownership/part-ownership of a Limited Liability Company (s.r.o.). The application process for a Residence Permit is both complicated and lengthy. We know our way around the local bureaucracy and can obtain this on your behalf to save you both time and money.

The initial process also involves a trip to a Czech Consulate outside the Republic to submit the application. Our full service includes an accompanied submission trip.

2. Work Permit

If you have been transferred to the Czech Republic or have been hired by a Czech company, you must have an, annually renewable, Work Permit.

Your employer must also have the, annually renewable, Statutory Permission to employ you as a foreign national. We can get both these permissions for you quickly and at a reasonable charge.

3. Trade Licence

If you wish to work as a freelance Consultant or other professional while you are in Czech, you must have local Trade Licence. We can assist you in obtaining the necessary supporting documentation and can make many of the applications on your behalf.

4. Incorporation of a Limited Liability Company (s.r.o.)

If you wish to have your own business, or wish to buy real estate, in the Czech Republic, we can assist you in forming your local Limited Liability Company (s.r.o.). Our total service covers all the necessary applications and registrations. We can also help you in opening a branch office of your foreign company in the Czech Republic.

5. Accommodation

We can help you in finding accommodation, whether your preference is a studio, an apartment or a house.

6. Real-Estate Purchase

Buying a house or and apartment in Czech can be complicated process for foreigner nationals, who require a vehicle s.r.o. in order to complete the purchase.

7. Help Line

When you are living in a country where you may not be fluent in local language, even a minor emergency situation can seem to be worse than it is. We offer our Clients a variety of 24 hour HelpLine Services as standalone packages and all Clients who rent accommodation through us, receive the service free, for property related emergencies, throughout the period of the lease.

8. Driving License

Once a Residence Permit is issued, it is a legal requirement that all drivers should have a Czech Driving License. (Some American States are exempt by virtue of Licence format). Exchange can be a time-consuming and bureaucratic process. We can help you if required.

9. Vehicle Registration

If you wish to register a vehicle in the Czech Republic, you must be a Residence Permit holder. We can assist you in the purchase and registration processes.

10. School Search

11. Medical Care
